We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Cuba and couldn't wait another moment to thank you so much for making it all possible by putting me in touch with the wonderful Giselle Gonzales, your Sales Executive in Havana.

Giselle proved to be a very friendly, capable lady, with perfect English and an eye for detail.

Her initial hotel recommendations i.e. Nacional in Havana and Blau Varedero for the final week were absolutely spot on.

Following a seamless transfer from the airport, Giselle met up with us on our first morning and suggested a trip to Vinales (hugely enjoyable and very interesting), a horse-drawn City Tour (Rene our guide was friendly and extremely informative. He even accompanied us to the market to purchase a hat because I had stupidly left mine at the hotel.
